On the other side of glass !!!!!

Everything comes with an expiry date.... people come and go, time come and go, luck come and go,joy come and go and so is your existence. Winning or losing in life is equal... everything gonna rust one day, everything is mortal... think if the origin and end of everyone is same then why the course of life is so biased to few and so harsh on many...why many have to bend backward to survive while few push the boats out every second.... Kiddo many thank God for giving them a privileged life and giving them family and love around.They see the disparity feel also maybe for few moments but then they take an easy exit out by thinking that its everyone's Karma.Kiddo accepted, it may be the Karma that you did good in your previous birth and they did bad. But is feeling bad for few moments and doing nothing, is that you, NO SUBSTANCE.Now are you doing good...whenever at a traffic light if somebody knocks on the other side of the glass, your heart melts. The misery , the wounds , the hope in eyes takes you down to the realities but then a new song on FM just takes the thought away.The span is so short that you don't do anything. You get back to your routine, meet friends hang out with them and get busy in your wonder land. Maybe this misery has become so common in your life that now it does not make an impact on you. You may think how I as an individual can really make a difference or I will do when I am something. Kiddo I don't say that you stop living your privileged life because many others don't have nor do I say that you give away everything. No, that won't be fair to you nor would it help much. To narrow the gap , Kiddo you don't need to come down but do something so that they come up.

Okay Kiddo lets play a selfish game with yourself. Instead of trying a new cuisine or a restaurant, for a change try doing a new activity- Lets do good so that you get the same privileged life next time. This time get down or turn down your power window and feed a person, donate clothes, toys to children and a smile on their blessings. Kiddo happiness is relative, yes it is. It is always inside you.And unhappiness is valuing whats missing with you more than what you already have. Kiddo you l think its easy to say than to actually believe. Yes may be. But Kiddo why not give optimism a fair chance. Be biased to optimism. Why to feel its over , or nothing can be done to repair this damage or you lost everything when you can feel the JOY that you did something good. You helped an elderly, you gave something to someone more needy than you or you just motivated them to hang on and wait for the Gods grace.

Kiddo lets not inspire people by just writing, but by doing this time. That's what I want you to believe and do what is necessary to make it happen. "JOY" - Kiddo this is what i want you to feel in all your births before every expiry date. This is your KARMA.  

India a SEZ of Talent !!!!!

What do you wanna become ?? doctor or an engineer?? this was a question which everybody faced in their childhood with these two options only... dilemma in India..... but the answer to this question is quite simple now. its MBA.whatever you do everybody ends up doing MBA after it. its in our genes to ignore our passions and follow the rat ahead. Why MBA ? because we don't want to leave our comfort zones.whatever is tried and tested is what we all want to do.no time and patience for experimentation.beacause each one of us feels we have this problem that is why its not possible.

But anyways this all was never the theme of this blog.its about India and its prime minister Manu .Yeah i respect Manu a lot for his honesty confined to himself only , his stand in front of the outside world specially Pakistan as a mute , his blindness to check the the corruption in the system and his paralysis to improve the governance in the country. Manu , agreed its easy to comment from here and very difficult to be at your position but I want to ask just one question from you.

What is that you require to set things not right but great?????


When big dying companies can turn the table around and get profitable why cant India. Agreed India cant be treated as a private company but who is stopping you to recruit 20 big corporate honchos with great experience and records. Persons who have management and skills in their blood. Manu what if you take all the important departments like telecom , energy , human development ,  food and agriculture , road and transport , industry ,environment , tourism , health care , income tax , finance , law and order, planning, defense etc and put each one as a head with a simple task to make the system efficient and common man friendly. Give them a team of young and experienced managers and set targets under do or die conditions.

Manu you will ask why will they join a government job.yeah nobody has so much love for the country and urge to clean this mess that he will leave his high paying with all perks job and get into this shit. But our intelligent Manu who is stopping you to pay more. you have the power and I request atleast exercise it for something productive.what if you give those honchos a package running in crores , Manu still it will be saving a lot of tax payers money.if even one scam can be stopped because of them, then also its profitable for the government. every year the Govt losses thousands of crores in scams like 2G,CWG, Telgi, fodder scam to name a few which the media highlighted otherwise there are many hundreds which are still not unearthed. Paying these honchos and their team few hundred crores is too little in front of these.
Manu you have the finest B-schools , brightest brains and enormous resources at your disposal. You are opening new IIM's every year. I wanna ask you Manu, for what ?
India is becoming a B-school factory producing managers and exporting them either out of India or rented to foreign companies in India so that they can use their skills to make other countries richer. why Indian talent is not meant for India.Why all IIMS are becoming SEZ's producing mangers for export only.
Why don't you create the position so lucrative that people compete to get into the government job and serve people. Is running the government the duty of some illiterate politicians who may have excelled in playing political games but lacks the vision to steer the country towards better governance and development. Manu you are the CEO, please act like a CEO. replace the inefficient parts of the system with the efficient ones.
Manu look at Modi, what he has done to Gujarat you have to do it to India, just make it a better place to live and work.
Manu there is always a resistance to a good change and will always be. There are two types of people in this world one which act and one which only stand.Manu i guess you l be tired of standing by now so pull your strings and act this time not for me not for yourself but for billions of people who's future changes as your thoughts change.
Manu do so great that every note has your photograph on it.Responsibility ,courage and action just make them alive in yourself.

IT'S ALL RANDOM

Whats Life??? The more I try to figure out this question the more complicated it becomes.Who am I? Why am I here? Why am I living this way? Do i have a purpose and if I do have then what if i don't fulfill it till my end.Will i come again or was not to fulfill any purpose was the true purpose of my existence. Is life a process of evolution of species or a journey of an individual. I may never answer all this because my sight is limited . I am an individual. I see I think I conclude as an individual and what I conclude lot depends on my surrounding because knowingly or unknowingly they do impact my thoughts.When we originate our mind is like water colorless odorless pure and natural.And as we grow and flow in this life the surroundings keep on adding their color into our life.Our color change our odor change as we move on.The more we travel the more the color become dark the odor becomes strong.The odor could be pleasant and the color could be eye soothing to some.Some mix well in you and some would never want to mix with you depending upon each other individual perception.

Life's RANDOM. What if i sat on my cushion for 1 minute more?? its gonna change my life.yes it can.i may reach the same street one minute late. see completely different people.think completely different.take actions totally in different direction.something strikes my mind due to the surroundings.Randomness multiplies. 1 change leads to a series of changes. who says its the change from what had to happen.maybe the way you took was the best for you.not everything happens for a reason.its just a pattern in randomness which you sometimes tend to believe as this all had to happen in this way only.Like all these were your destiny.We say destiny rules.If its not for you it will never reach you.But its like if the randomness never takes you there then it was never in your destiny and not the vice-verse.Each one has a unique thinking which evolves as you grow in the surroundings.You just move your hand or just scratch even that can change your whole life. Because the randomness which is life is affected by even the minutest of thought in the mind.
In life you always have options or ways to choose. And every second you are making choices some after a rigorous thought and some your sub conscious is taking for you.You cannot be sure that where your actions will take you in this random path but this doesn't mean that you stop making choices.Well that you can never.you are always making choices and you will always.sitting idle and doing nothing is also a choice.You cannot be sure of your actions in this random path but you should always try to make a choice which looks best for that moment of time. it may not turn out good after some moments but you have already made the choice. you have already taken a path which may lead to anywhere to a place you predicted or totally opposite .Random path will decide this.all the people in this world are here with there own random path which is linked to the people they know or are near them.All these paths affect each other strongly.Random things happen with you and you tend to say later that it happened because it had to happen.

So don't care just live a strong life and get the maximum out of it .Take benefit of doubt of randomness and enjoy every moment.
